Welke impact maak jij als onze (Associate) Partner Financial Services bij banken en verzekeraars?

Samen met ons Financial Services Industry team (FSI) ondersteun je Nederlandse financiële dienstverleners met hun complexe uitdagingen op het gebied van digitale transformaties, strenge wet- en regelgeving en toenemende klantverwachtingen. Wij leveren impactvol management- en technologieadvies met onze teams van ervaren adviseurs met diepgaande expertise.

Jouw rol als (Associate) Partner Financial Services

Als business developer ontwikkel je de markt, boei en bind je klanten en ontwikkel je sectorspecifieke proposities. Je draagt bij aan de continue groei van Eraneos door business development, sales, account management en delivery met elkaar te combineren. Als trusted advisor help je onze klanten met hun complexe uitdagingen, vaak op het snijvlak van strategie, digitalisering en transformaties. Je bent bekend in de sector en kent de vraagstukken waar banken en verzekeraars mee worstelen. Je spreekt hun taal en weet hun complexiteit en dynamiek te doorgronden. Je bent een gesprekspartner voor directies, CIO's en andere beslissers waarbij je hen meeneemt in onze bewezen manier om problemen op te lossen en onze visie op de markt- en technologische ontwikkelingen.

Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Key accounts: je zorgt voor onze trouwe klanten waar we voor langere tijd meerdere opdrachten doen met grotere teams, vanuit al onze proposities en vakgebieden. Je onderhoudt het relatienetwerk en bewaakt de tevredenheid van onze klanten met de opdrachten die we er doen, in nauwe samenwerking met onze practices (vakgebieden).
  • Marketing: je zorgt voor naamsbekendheid en een duidelijk profiel in de subsector in samenwerking met ons marketingteam.
  • Sales: net als de je collega's in de sectoren en practices, heb je een omzetverantwoordelijkheid met een uitdagende groeiambitie.
  • Proposities: naast onze kernproposities (transformaties, sourcing, GenAI, customer excellence) uit de practices, ontwikkelen we sector-specifieke proposities die aansluiten bij de ontwikkelingen in de markt (b.v. DORA, WTP), hier draag je actief aan bij en brengt het naar jouw marktsegment.
  • Netwerk: je bent verbonden met onze collega's in de practices en met de FSI-teams op de Europese locaties. Je kent hun kwaliteiten, referenties en proposities.

Je werkt vanuit ons sectorteam FSI samen met onze practices en je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van een groeiend en ambitieus team. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en autonomie om onze ambities te realiseren en daarmee het sectorteam verder uit te bouwen. In samenwerking met collega's ben je het aanspreekpunt bij uitstek voor kritische, complexe en disruptieve technologische uitdagingen van onze opdrachtgevers.

Wat heb je in huis?

Eraneos is dynamisch en daarom is het van belang dat je zowel goed zelfstandig maar zeker ook in teamverband goed kunt presteren. Je hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je beschikt over en onderhoud een goed netwerk bij nieuwe en bestaande opdrachtgevers van waaruit je opdrachten genereert. Je bent een belangrijke spil in het ontwerpen van de digitale strategie en leiden van de digitale transformatie. Je beschikt over een flinke dosis executiekracht waarmee je opdrachtgevers en betrokken adviseurs helpt het uitgebrachte advies te implementeren. Dit betekent dat jij anderen weet te inspireren, draagvlak weet te creëren, teams kunt laten samenwerken en in staat bent om veranderingen te realiseren. Je weet hierbij verbinding te leggen tussen strategisch niveau, management en de operatie.

Verder neem je mee:

  • Afgeronde WO-opleiding in Bestuurs-, Bedrijfskunde of Bedrijfskundige Informatica of soortgelijke opleiding
  • 15+ jaar ervaring als senior adviseur (of andere vergelijkbare en/of relevante rollen), gewend om op strategisch niveau te adviseren en te acquireren
  • Business Development competentie: de combinatie van het toepassen van de verschillende oplossingen op thema's specifiek voor banken en verzekeraars
  • Een actueel netwerk binnen de Financiële Dienstverleningssector in Nederland
  • Kennis van de oplossingen op actuele vraagstukken op gebieden zoals: digitale strategie, lean en agile transformaties, cloud computing, data management en AI, integraties en je hebt begrip van architectuur kaders en modellen.
