Quality Controller Machinebouw

Als Quality Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van de producten. Het controleren van binnenkomende goederen alsmede in de eindfase van het proces, waar je de gehele machine inspecteert. Je kunt de producten kwalificeren volgens voorgeschreven werkinstructies en de PGK.
Naast het beoordelen kan je ook je bevindingen goed onderbouwen en nauwkeurig documenteren. Je denkt actief mee in alle processen en draagt eventueel verbeteringen aan, eigen initiatief wordt gewaardeerd. Je werkt nauw samen met een quality collega en met collega's van diverse afdelingen.
Als medewerker Quality Control ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van de
producten. Je werk in alle fasen van het proces en inspecteert de kwaliteit van de geleverde onderdelen en
machines. Je rapporteert de bevindingen, hebt contact met leveranciers en collega's over de geleverde
kwaliteit en verbeteringen. Naast het beoordelen kan je de bevindingen goed onderbouwen en nauwkeurig
documenteren. Je denkt actief mee in alle processen en geeft input voor verbeteringen, eigen initiatief wordt
gewaardeerd.
Je taken zijn:
- Ingangs- en uitgangscontroles
- Afnames bij leveranciers
- Controle van de kwaliteit op de werkvloer van de geassembleerde machines a.d.h.v. tekening en checklists
- Verwerken, analyseren en het opstellen van rapportages van meetgegevens en kwaliteitsafwijkingen
- Analyseren van servicerapporten en verwerken hiervan in voorstellen voor structurele verbeteringen
- Meebouwen aan het optimaliseren en uitbouwen van bestaande kwaliteitssystemen
- Je krijgt een uitstekend salaris, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring, tussen de €2.800,- en €4.200,- per maand;
- Je krijgt een uitstekend arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket, met o.a. km vergoeding en een pensioenregeling via Edison;
- Je krijgt volop ruimte voor doorgroeimogelijkheden en zelfontplooiing, hierin krijg je ondersteuning van Edison door gezamenlijk een opleidings- en ontwikkelingstraject op te stellen met een budget tot €2000,- ;
- Je krijgt voldoende ruimte voor eigen initiatieven en ideeën.
