**Position Overview**
In this role, you will be tasked with supporting the analysis, remediation, and refresh activities of customer and business files to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. How You Will Make an Impact in This Role
- Perform analysis, remediation, and refresh activities on customer files
- Act as the first line of defense in identifying unusual and suspicious behavior
- Conduct local investigations to detect potentially risky customer behavior
- Perform comprehensive risk analysis on customers
- Submit Internal Suspicious Activity Reports (ISAR) and provide evidence for further investigation
- Analyze and interpret customer behavior through various parameters
- Engage with customers to understand their behavior
- Recommend relevant products to customers when appropriate
- Suspend and close accounts when necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced Customer Care Professional with strong analytical skills
- Experience in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
- Ability to identify and prioritize issues effectively
- Capability to report cases to the compliance department clearly and accurately
- Commercial mindset with understanding of American Express systems
- Knowledge of American Express products
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and influencing skills
