Als 2e lijns werkplekbeheerder sta je in voor technische ondersteuning op verschillende manieren; aan het bureau van de eindgebruiker of 'remote' via de telefoon /e-mail. Je ondersteunt eindgebruikers op het gebied van software of hardware problemen met laptops, desktops, smartphones, etc. Je komt te werken bij onze klant in Terneuzen, in zowel een kantoor- als een industri?le werkomgeving. Dit is een kans om te werken voor een ambitieuze organisatie die op kop loopt op het gebied van IT support service.
- Field Service oplossingen bieden op basis van de vereisten van het incident
- Inkoopbeheer nieuwe IT hardware/software
- Support en beheer van gebruikersaccount en rechten
- Samenwerking met / en doorzetten van incidenten naar 3e lijns support
- Installatie van PCs, en LAN-based apparaten
- Assisteren bij het opzetten van technische beveiliging/security
- AV en Conference support d.m.v. software zoals Webex, Skype for Business, Zoom, etc.
Goed om te hebben:
- Inzicht in audiovisuele apparatuur en systemen, waaronder displays, projectoren, videoconferenties, microfoons, besturingssystemen, Microsoft Teams-ruimten en systeemsignaalstroom
- Vermogen om audiovisuele technische problemen te diagnosticeren en oplossingen te implementeren volgens bedrijfsprocedures
- Repareer, onderhoud en test audiovisuele apparatuur om een consistente werking van vergaderruimten te garanderen
- Vermogen om goed onder druk te werken, interne en externe klanten te ondersteunen met vergaderingen en evenementen, conferentieruimtes aan te bevelen en de behoeften van de klant te begrijpen
- ITIL V3 of V4 Foundation Certification (aanbevolen)
- Microsoft Operation System / Office Certification(s)
- Advanced MS Office 365 skills
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal
- De vaardigheid om hardware problemen op te lossen
- iOS, Android geavanceerde gebruiker
- Basis Networking vaardigheden
- Kennis van Active Directory
