We zoeken een ervaren Accounts Receivable Specialist en After Sales medewerker om het team te versterken. Onze opdrachtgever waarvoor jij komt te werken zorgt ervoor dat bedrijven in Nederland hun muzieklicenties correct hebben geregeld. Kom jij dit dynamische team versterken?

wie ben jij

Voor deze positie zoeken we een collega die betrokken, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig is, met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Vereisten zijn:

- Afgeronde HBO-diploma met 3 jaar werkervaring.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkhouding.
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen; bekendheid met Microsoft CRM is een pluspunt.
- Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.

wat ga je doen

Je komt te werken op de afdeling creditmanagement, in een klein hecht team dat bestaat uit 4 personen. Met elkaar zorgen we voor een efficiënt beheer van onze debiteurenportefeuille, waarmee we als afdeling bijdragen aan de te behalen bedrijfsdoelen. De commercieel manager is jouw directe aanspreekpunt waarmee je plannen maakt en periodiek overlegt.

Verder zijn je werkzaamheden:

- Identificeren van debiteurenrisico's en proactief handelen om financiële schade voor de organisatie te voorkomen of te beperken.
- Monitoren van de verschillende fasen van het incassoproces van onze uitdagende dossiers en verstrekken van voortgangsrapportages.
- Telefonisch en schriftelijk aanmanen van debiteuren op het tweedelijns niveau.
- Overleg voeren met deurwaarders over belangrijke accounts en complexe dossiers.
- Voorbereiden van dossiers met complexe structuren voor overdracht aan de deurwaarder of advocaat in geval van incassoactiviteit.
- Identificeren van operationele knelpunten en het doen van verbetervoorstellen.

- Goed salaris van € €4.035 euro bruto obv 40 uur.
- Flexibele uren: 24-40 uur mogelijk per week.

- Goede bereikbaarheid met OV en in overleg parkeergelegenheid.
- Mogelijkheid tot hybride werken.
- 25 vakantiedagen.
- Volledige vergoeding voor thuiswerkkosten en vergoeding voor autokosten tot 30 km enkele reis.
