Over de functie- Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Opstellen, controleren en bijhouden van etikettering
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op inkomende goederen
- Zorgen voor naleving van voedselveiligheidsregelgeving
- Wat ga je doen:
- Controleren van productinformatie en etiketten
- Vertalen en controleren van etiketten en verpakkingen
- Uitvoeren van productkwaliteitscontroles en risico analyses
- Verantwoordelijk voor informatievoorziening en kwaliteitshandboeken
- Uitvoeren van hygiëneaudits
- Voorbereiden en opvolgen van voedselveiligheidsaudits
De opdrachtgever is importeur van een variëteit aan exotische vis en andere voedingsmiddelen die continu worden aangepast aan de behoeften van klanten.
- Vereisten:
- MBO werk- en denkniveau in levensmiddelentechnologie
- Ad-hoc en punctueel werken
- Proactief en zelfstarter
- Ervaring met risico analyses en productieplanningen
- Kennis van software systemen en affiniteit met voeding
- Bekendheid met voedselveiligheidsrichtlijnen
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus
- Salaris tussen €2.600,- en €3.800,- afhankelijk van ervaring
- Uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden
