Job Description

As our Spa Therapist you are providing excellent customer service while performing therapies and body treatments to our guests. The general responsibilities include monitoring stock, promoting the lines of products to clients, keeping all working areas and equipment clean and organized.

During a day in the Anantara Spa you will do the following:

  • You create the first positive impression to the guests.
  • You contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the Anantara standards as prescribed in our SOP's
  • You perform high-quality massage therapies and body treatments.
  • You will be answering all questions related to services and advising our guests in the treatments to book.
  • You will assist with demonstrations and events
  • You will follow trainings to develop yourself and the Anantara Spa
  • You will organize and handle the wet area
Qualifications
  • Certificates in giving massages and treatments
  • Experience in a (hotel) Spa is a plus
  • Perfect command of the English language, additional languages are a plus
  • You are pro-active, motivated and a team player
  • Ability to work in flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Solution-oriented and great multitasking abilities
  • Ability to surprise our guests with your special touch
