Wat doe je als Senior Process Engineer bij TIO?
Als Senior Process Engineer fungeer je als Subject Matter Expert (SME) op het gebied van process engineering. Je onderzoekt (process) technische vraagstukken rond productieapparatuur en utiliteiten in de productieomgeving. Jij vindt altijd de beste oplossingen en bent continu op zoek naar vernieuwingen en verbeteringen. Ook leid je technische projecten voor modificaties en aanschaf. Hierbij wordt van jou verwacht dat je initiatief neemt en het voortouw neemt in complexe situaties.

Daarnaast fungeer je als autoriteit en vertegenwoordiger van Tiofarma tijdens audits bij overheidsinstanties. Als vraagbaak, 'trouble shooter' (tweedelijns voor de TD) en kritisch gesprekspartner sta je klaar voor de TIO-organisatie, begeleid je collega-engineers bij projecten en sta je hen bij met vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling.

  • Analytisch: Process engineering is voor jou geen mysterie; je begrijpt alle aspecten van technische processen, zoals drukken, flows en temperaturen. Jij zet deze kennis om in praktische oplossingen.
  • Teamplayer: Je werkt als SME nauw samen met andere disciplines en begrijpt hun belangen zonder je eigen belangen uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Initiërend en zelfsturend: In complexe materie neem jij het voortouw en initieer je acties wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Gestructureerd: Je bent gestructureerd en kunt efficiënt omgaan met complexe situaties, zelfs als de dagelijkse gang van zaken verstoord wordt.
  • Strikt: Je handhaaft strikt de geldende bedrijfsregels en procedures, GMP-regelgeving en technische wet- en regelgeving. Volledigheid in naleving is essentieel voor de veiligheid en kwaliteit van onze productieprocessen.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in process engineering, bij voorkeur binnen de farmaceutische industrie.
  • Een technisch relevante BSc/MSc opleiding, zoals werktuigbouwkunde of process engineering.
  • Voor deze functie is GMP- en Farma-ervaring een vereiste.
  • Ervaring met projectmatig werken is een pre.
Wat kun je van ons verwachten
  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.414,49 en de € 6.984,47 op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Het exacte salaris stemmen we af op de kennis en werkervaring die jij meebrengt.
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV-dagen op fulltime basis.
