YOUR CHALLENGE

You are an all-round project leader and enjoy dealing with different topics and disciplines within Seed Technology. Projects at Incotec can be about launching new products but also about improving production and business processes. In Enkhuizen but possibly also worldwide. You monitor progress and manage resources. You manage project staff, support and motivate people and make sure things get done. You work together with internal and external parties such as suppliers, municipal authorities or consultants.

YOU ARE

You have higher vocational level (hbo) working and thinking level. You are a real team player and organiser and get things done. You communicate clearly in Dutch and English, are flexible, can easily switch from one task to another and enjoy taking initiative. You are enthusiastic and feel responsible for your own tasks but are always willing to help colleagues.
