- **Jouw Rol**:

- Als Workplace Experience Host ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van een uitstekende service-ervaring aan de medewerkers en bezoekers van Ericsson. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom voelt en dat de werkplek optimaal functioneert. Je speelt een essentiële rol in het bevorderen van een positieve en productieve werkomgeving.Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Verwelkomen en assisteren van medewerkers en bezoekers bij binnenkomst, waarbij je een warm en professioneel ontvangst biedt.
- Coördineren van vergaderzalen en faciliteiten, inclusief het boeken van ruimtes en het verzorgen van vergaderopstellingen.
- Ondersteunen van evenementen en bijeenkomsten op locatie, zoals catering en technische ondersteuning.
- Monitoren en beheren van kantoorbenodigdheden en faciliteiten om een soepele werking te waarborgen.
- Fungeren als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor facilitaire verzoeken en problemen, en deze doorverwijzen naar de juiste afdeling indien nodig.
- Bijdragen aan initiatieven om de werkplekervaring te verbeteren en ervoor te zorgen dat de werkomgeving aantrekkelijk en functioneel blijft.

**Wat heb jij te bieden?**
- Minimaal een MBO-diploma in een relevant vakgebied, zoals hospitality management, facilitair management of een vergelijkbare discipline.
- Ervaring in een hospitality-, receptie
- of klantenserviceomgeving is een pre.
- Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Proactieve en servicegerichte houding, met oog voor detail.
- Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en problemen op te lossen.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

- Een contract voor 32 uur in de week.
- Een startsalaris tussen de € en € 3.300;
- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring);
- Laptop en iPhone;

- Vaste pensioenregeling én optionele collectieve zorg
- en woonhuisverzekeringen;
- 8,33% Vakantiegeld,
- 25 vaste verlofdagen, tot 10 verlofdagen aan te kopen én 2 bonus verlofdagen bij 1 jaar niet ziek;
- 12 ADV-dagen per jaar op basis van fulltime;
