Welten Groep fungeert als een 'house of leading finance brands' van organisaties die waarde toevoegen aan financiële dienstverlening en HR(D). Als Growth & Strategy Director ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en sturen van onze groeistrategie en het leiden van onze groei-initiatieven.

Als Growth & Strategy Director ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en sturen van onze groeistrategie en het leiden van onze groei-initiatieven. Je bent een visionaire leider die wordt gedreven door het creëren van groeimogelijkheden en het behalen van zakelijk succes.

In deze rol ben je onderdeel van het directieteam en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CEO.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leiden van de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van de groeistrategie door het identificeren en analyseren van nieuwe marktkansen, concurrentie en klantbehoeften en ontwikkelstrategieën om marktaandeel te vergroten en nieuwe omzet te genereren.
  • Stimuleren van een cultuur gericht op innovatie binnen de organisatie.
  • Bouwen van een stevig netwerk met alle relevante stakeholders binnen de financiële sector op een strategisch niveau.
  • Ontwikkelen van nieuwe oplossingsgerichte proposities die aansluiten bij markttrends en klantbehoeften, met een scherp oog voor groeikansen. Te denken valt aan kansen met betrekking tot de pensioentransitie of ontwikkelingen op het gebied van ESG.
  • Effectueren van deze groeikansen door het vermarkten en implementeren van deze proposities voor klanten, inclusief het neerzetten van de juiste operatie.
  • Sluiten van grote contracten door het voeren van effectieve onderhandelingen en het opbouwen van duurzame relaties met belangrijke stakeholders.
  • Schrijven en ontwikkelen van complexe voorstellen en het beantwoorden van RFP's met een focus op het leveren van maatwerk oplossingen.
  • Ontwerpen en uitvoeren van accountplannen om de groei van bestaande en nieuwe klanten te stimuleren en nieuwe kansen te identificeren en te benutten.
  • Bouwen en onderhouden van strategische samenwerkingsverbanden en allianties om synergieën te creëren en nieuwe groeimogelijkheden te verkennen.
  • Samenwerken met financiële teams om budgetten op te stellen, financiële prognoses te maken en de financiële prestaties van groeiprojecten te monitoren en te analyseren.
  • Bouwen aan en motiveren van een hoogpresterend team van professionals door het bieden van richting, coaching en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden om individuele en collectieve prestaties te optimaliseren.
