The Netherlands' RISE team comprises 9 highly enthusiastic professionals. The team spirit is exceptional as we pool our expertise to capture the hearts and minds of our clientele. We promote a self-motivated approach while collaborating closely with extended teams. You will act as the linchpin, overseeing and coordinating all activities. Position Profile:
The main goal of the Solution Advisor RISE is to achieve the overall revenue target. To reach this objective, the Solution Advisor RISE collaborates with the Market Unit S/4 HANA Cloud RISE Leader to contribute to a comprehensive Market Unit business strategy that generates potential leads.

The Solution Advisor RISE is tasked with identifying and evaluating opportunities, devising and executing strategies. This individual will create an opportunity plan outlining the value proposition of SAP RISE Cloud and services for potential customers & prospects in that area.

It is crucial for the Solution Advisor RISE to be skilled at establishing and nurturing senior executive relationships independently while representing the SAP executive team.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Implement an end-to-end customer engagement framework that encompasses various stages (sales, functional advisory, value advisory, cost optimization) to drive sales and foster growth.
  • Facilitate a consistent forecast process from the market unit/country to the region
  • Execute the sales strategy to acquire new customers at scale
  • Implement a Go-To-Market strategy that ensures a 4x pipeline cover, boosts pipeline progression & quality via systematic sales initiatives
  • Achieve quarterly targets consistently (quarterly and monthly goals)

Deal Execution

  • Collaborate with the sales manager and team to develop and implement programs to generate leads & close deals
  • Partner with the market unit and regional RISE team (and broader VAT) to educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct strategic deal account planning
  • Collaborate with VAT teams on sales campaigns.
  • Identify and manage extensive sales cycles based on opportunities as directed by S/4 HANA Cloud - Market Unit Leader
  • Navigate the internal network with a customer-centric approach
  • Ensure opportunities are pursued and closed by engaging personally, providing leadership from the initial contact to deal closure
  • Set an example in front of key/strategic customers, delivering engaging customer interactions, proposals, and commercial options
  • Follow robust sales practices regarding deal qualification and closure processes
  • Implement a process that guarantees scalable deal execution, focusing on the current quarter as well as future quarters to ensure sustainable growth

Work experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in selling complex business software / IT solutions
  • Experience in a leadership role within a team sales environment.

Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrated success in sales of business application software.
  • Proven track record in handling large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation and contract management.
  • Proficiency in both English and Dutch is essential
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education

Location: This position is situated in the Netherlands, and we are unable to consider candidates requiring relocation
