Artisans is op zoek naar een Product Owner voor deze vacature met projecten door heel Nederland. Ben jij net als ons enthousiast over de ontwikkelingen op het gebied van digitale transformatie? Als het om projecten gaat, streven we naar de perfecte match tussen jou als Product Owner en de klant die behoefte heeft aan expertise. Deze projecten kunnen enkele weken of maanden duren, afhankelijk van wat voor soort projecten je graag doet.

Je maakt deel uit van de ontwikkeling van de grote en complexe digitale platforms van onze klanten. Je helpt onze klanten met de overgang naar de Agile Way of Working (WoW), waarbij je één of meerdere teams ondersteunt. Je werkt samen met klanten, bedrijfseigenaren en andere belanghebbenden. Naast het opdoen van expertise, coach en ondersteun je ook andere collega's.

We focussen ons niet alleen vakinhoudelijk op jouw cv, maar vooral op je soft skills en karakter. Bij ons gaan formeel en informeel hand in hand en krijg je veel vrijheid. Gevraagd wordt
Je hebt ervaring als Product Owner en wilt kennis en ervaring met Agile / Scrum op doen en/of verder uitbreiden;
Je houdt van technologie, innovatie, design & systems thinking en de Agile Way of Working (WoW);
Je hebt (of wilt dit behalen) een Product Owner of 'Agile at scale'-certificering;
Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, spreekt vloeiend Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk) en Engels op professioneel niveau;
Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding op het gebied van IT (Business, IT & Management, Bedrijfskundige Informatica, Informatietechnologie of vergelijkbaar).
Geboden wordt
Salaris van product owner tussen de € 3.500 en € 5.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
Leuke werkplekken en projecten door heel Nederland met als thuisbasis Papendrecht;
High-end laptop, telefoon(vergoeding) en leaseauto is bespreekbaar;
Flexibele werktijden, hybride werken en een gezonde balans tussen werk en privé;
Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals 25 vakantiedagen en een pensioenplan;
Ambities moedigen wij aan Volg je eigen carrièrepad en groei door tot teamlead, ontwikkel je in jouw specialisatie of wordt co-founder van een nieuwe label.
