Als Interne Sales bij TECHNIA ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheid zal zijn om de verkoopgroei in de markt te stimuleren en de merkbekendheid te vergroten. Je primaire focus zal liggen op het genereren en kwalificeren van leads, evenals het bieden van ondersteuning aan prospects en klanten gedurende hun kooptraject. Dit werk omvat het werken met zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten in de Benelux regio.

**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**
- Identificeren en benaderen van nieuwe klanten en zakelijke kansen in een B2B-omgeving
- Contact opnemen met klanten om meer te weten te komen over hun huidige en toekomstige behoeften om nieuwe zakelijke kansen te vinden
- Helpen bij het organiseren van verkoop evenementen in samenwerking met het marketingteam
- Automatische verkoopcampagnes uitvoeren
- Afhandelen van inkomende klantverzoeken en het genereren, distribueren en opvolgen van prijsopgaven
- Voorbereiden in CRM-systeem (Salesforce)
- De verkoop pijplijn up-to-date houden in Salesforce/HubSpot

**Wat wij zoeken**

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol geloven we dat je een commerciële, doelgerichte persoon bent met een oprechte interesse in het begrijpen van de behoeften van een bedrijf en het koppelen daarvan aan technische oplossingen om echte bedrijfswaarde te creëren. Je bent niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken.

De belangrijkste vaardigheden die we denken dat je bezit zijn een leergierige instelling en een ondernemende mentaliteit. Je bent een uitstekende netwerker en zult altijd een stap extra zetten om de deal te sluiten. Je werkt graag zelfstandig maar bent je er volledig van bewust dat dit een teamprestatie is Je bent proactief en altijd klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging (en waarschijnlijk accepteer je geen nee als antwoord).

**Vereisten**
- HBO studie/diploma (mag nog bezig zijn) in een relevant vakgebied
- Ervaring in een servicegerichte rol
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels
- 40 uur per week

**De volgende vaardigheden en tools zijn een pre**
- Eerdere ervaring in verkoop of interne verkoop (training wordt geboden, dus het kan uit elke industrie komen)
- Evaring in televerkoop, callcenter, face-to-face campagnes
- Eerdere ervaring in projectmanagement
- Eerdere ervaring met werken met CRM-systemen
