Wat ga je doen?

Je start als Packaging Operator. Jouw werkdag start in de kantine, waar je gezellig met collega's een praatje maakt alvorens je begint. Op de afdeling inpak ben je de spin in het web. Je zorgt er o.a. voor dat alle producten correct worden ingepakt. Zo schakel je met collega's binnen de productie en het lab. Als er bijzonderheden zijn ten aanzien van de kwaliteit of het inpakproces, dan neem je hierop actie indien nodig. Je rapporteert aan de Packaging Supervisor.

Onderstaand een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden en taken;

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het regelen en onder controle houden van het inpakproces;
  • Je streeft naar optimale resultaten samen met je collega's;
  • Je herkent verbeterpunten en neemt het initiatief om dit door te voeren;
  • Je volgt procedures en richtlijnen en waarborgt hiermee de veiligheid;
  • Je schakelt met andere afdelingen (o.a. productie, lab, warehouse) als er bijzonderheden zijn ten aanzien van de kwaliteit of het inpakproces. Je neemt actie indien nodig;
  • Indien nodig voer je kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan de machines en ondersteun je hierbij de technische dienst;
  • Je zorgt dat jouw afdeling netjes blijft door de machines en de omgeving schoon te houden.

Wat kun jij?
  • Je bezit minimaal een mbo-3 diploma en hebt affiniteit met techniek
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
  • Je bent enthousiast, leergierig en een harde werker
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken, ook ben je communicatief vaardig
  • Motivatie en inzet zijn belangrijker dan opleiding en ervaring, want je leert alles on the job
