Als HSE Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor hetontwikkelen, implementeren en handhaven van effectievegezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieuprogramma's binnen ons bedrijf.Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders omervoor te zorgen dat onze activiteiten voldoen aan alle wettelijkevereisten en interne normen op het gebied van HSE. Je identificeertrisico's, voert audits uit, en biedt training en ondersteuning omeen veilige en gezonde werkomgeving te waarborgen. Daarnaast draagje bij aan de continue verbetering van onze HSE-processen en-procedures.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwikkelen,implementeren en handhaven van HSE-beleid enprocedures.
  • Identificeren en evalueren vanpotentiële gezondheids-, veiligheids- enmilieurisico's.
  • Uitvoeren van regelmatigeaudits en inspecties om naleving van HSE-voorschriften tewaarborgen.
  • Leveren van training en educatieaan medewerkers over veiligheidsprocedures en-praktijken.
  • Onderzoeken van incidenten,ongevallen en milieuklachten en het opstellen van rapporten metaanbevelingen voor preventievemaatregelen.
  • Samenwerken met externe instantiesen deskundigen op het gebied vanHSE.
  • Begeleiden en ondersteunen van HSE-comitésen werkgroepen.
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkelingvan duurzaamheidsinitiatieven binnen hetbedrijf
Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor of Master diploma in eenrelevante discipline zoals Milieuwetenschappen, Veiligheidskunde,of Industriële Hygiëne.
  • Minimaal 2 jaarervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een technische ofproductieomgeving.
  • Gedegen kennis van relevantewet- en regelgeving op het gebied vanHSE.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden enhet vermogen om effectief te werken met diversebelanghebbenden.
  • Sterke analytische enprobleemoplossendevaardigheden.
  • Certificeringen zoals NEBOSH,VCA, of gelijkwaardig zijn een pré.
  • Bekendheidmet kwaliteits- en milieumanagementsystemen zoals ISO 14001 en ISO45001 is een pluspunt.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlandsen Engels, zowel mondeling alsschriftelijk.
