Join our Team

As ESG Manager Reporting, your role involves implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the requirements of CSRD. From design implementation to smooth periodic reporting cycles. You will also be engaged in sustainable financing solutions such as green bonds and/or sustainable loans. Your ability to achieve results within this scope is key. At Schiphol Group, we rely on your skills in distinguishing essentials, establishing connections, and utilizing your talents for:

  • Leading the annual reporting process, acting as the main contact for ESG reporting with external accountants to meet reporting requirements and obtain assurance on relevant ESG data.
  • Designing and implementing an ESG reporting tool, along with further implementing EU Taxonomy reporting.
  • Involvement in other projects, including sustainable financing, interactions with banks, bond investors, and rating agencies on ESG matters.
  • Supervising, coaching, and guiding the ESG reporting team (2 FTE).

Moreover, you will serve as a key partner for senior management, providing project updates and ESG results. To achieve this, close collaboration with various financial teams and colleagues from different departments is crucial.

Your Profile
  • At least 8 years of experience in ESG reporting roles (e.g. ESG Reporting Manager, ESG Consultant, or ESG auditor) with a passion for sustainability.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with relevant ESG reporting regulations and guidelines (CSRD, EU Taxonomy).
  • Affinity with implementing and/or managing ESG reporting and control systems, as well as related reporting cycles.
  • Experience in ESG assurance or ESG audits by an external accountant.
  • Proven leadership in team management and the ability to effectively lead cross-departmental projects.
  • Prior experience with sustainable financing solutions like green bonds and/or sustainable loans is a plus.
Benefits Package

Salary range: €6350 to €8684 gross per month (Outside CAO 4-D).

  • A Short Term Incentive as a variable compensation scheme.
