**Ben jij onze nieuwe Souschef?**:
Je werkt in een open keuken met een Chef's Table. Daarom verwachten wij dat je je representatief opstelt en de gastheer/vrouw rol aanneemt tegenover jouw gasten aan de bar.

**Wat ga je doen?**:

- Bereiden van gerechten volgens receptuur en planning;
- Mise en place;
Ondersteunen van de rest van het team;
- Je bent representatief en een gastheer/vrouw voor de gasten aan de Chef's Table;
- Meedenken over de efficiëntie van jouw functie en het team.

Als souschef bij Garuda geef je samen met de Chef-kok leiding aan ons keukenteam. Je bent enthousiast en krijgt iedereen mee zodat jullie de resultaten behalen waar jullie samen trots op kunnen zijn. Je levert input voor de nieuwe kaart en houdt hierbij rekening met het uitwerken van recepten en de kostcalculatie. Natuurlijk staan gastbeleving en kwaliteit bij jou voorop

**Voor ons heb je alle ingrediënten in huis als je;**:

- In het bezit bent van een MBO-diploma richting keuken of dat je werkervaring hebt opgedaan in een soortgelijke functie
- Sociaal en communicatief waardig bent en medewerkers weet te motiveren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen
- Operationeel sterk bent en het overzicht weet te bewaren in de drukte
- Beschikt over een leermeester diploma of deze wilt halen, het begeleiden van leerlingen zien wij namelijk als een zeer belangrijke taak
- Kennis hebt van moderne bereidingstechnieken
- Initiatief toont en ondernemend bent. Door bijvoorbeeld actief mee te denken over nieuwe werkmethodes en de menukaarten

**Wat bieden wij?**:

- Een vast contract voor mínimaal 12 maanden
- 40-urige werkweek. Een 4-daagse fulltime werkweek behoort tot de mogelijkheden
- Een goed salaris tussen de €2600 en de €3200 per maand, afhankelijk van de ervaring die jij mee brengt
- 25 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime contract
- Nog meer verdienen: 8% vakantiegeld, reiskostenvergoeding (wanneer je meer dan 10 km van Garuda woont) en een goede pensioenregeling
- Een overheerlijk(e) lunch/diner op werkdagen, kerstcadeau en 20% personeelskorting bij al onze restaurants
- Veel leuke uitjes en jaarlijks een spetterend personeelsfeest met de leukste collega's
- Genoeg ruimte om je talent verder te ontwikkelen. Elk kwartaal verschillende gratis trainingen, leiderschapstrajecten, de mogelijkheid tot het behalen van jouw leermeester diploma en nog veel meer
