Werken als Accountmanager new business 

Ben je een gedreven professional op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging als accountmanager new business? Als primair contactpunt voor potentiële klanten ben je constant op zoek naar nieuwe interessante leads. Je verdiept je in marketing, branding en weboplossingen. Je stelt gerichte vragen om klantbehoeften duidelijk te krijgen en vertaalt deze naar een initiële strategie of voorstel. Na goedkeuring zorg je voor een soepele overdracht van het project aan onze MarCom experts.

Bij Cross Internet krijg je de ruimte en verantwoordelijkheid om ons klantenbestand op jouw manier te laten groeien binnen de dynamische wereld van online marketing en business. Samen met ons team van enthousiaste marketeers, designers en webontwikkelaars ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van kansen, monitoren van websitebezoekers en proactief benaderen van leads.

Verantwoordelijkheden als accountmanager new business
  • Acteren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe leads en klanten;
  • Opbouwen van initiële relaties met toekomstige klanten;
  • Identificeren en analyseren van klantbehoeften en deze omzetten naar een eerste strategie;
  • Opbouwen van relaties met nieuwe klanten;
  • Analyseren van markttrends en concurrentieactiviteiten om proactief kansen te identificeren;
  • Ontwikkelen van verkoopvoorspellingen en analyses en deze inzichten delen met het team voor strategische beslissingen.

Gevraagd profiel
  • Ervaring in new business, sales of een soortgelijke rol. Wij zoeken een junior (0-2 jaar ervaring) of medior (3-5 jaar ervaring) accountmanager new business;
  • Het enthousiasmeren en binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten is jouw drijfveer;
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en gebruikt je expertise en persoonlijkheid om klanten en collega's te betrekken en te inspireren;
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je geeft de voorkeur aan telefonische communicatie boven e-mail;
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Duits is een pluspunt;
  • Je werkt goed in teamverband maar ook zelfstandig;
  • Je bent doelgericht en ambitieus, met een sterke motivatie om doelen te overtreffen;
  • Afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding.
