**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Order to Cash Manager bij DHL Freight ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren en stroomlijnen van het gehele order-to-cash proces. Je bent de spil in de financiële keten, waarbij je zorgt voor een soepele overgang van orderverwerking naar facturering en incasso. In deze cruciale rol ben je gericht op het maximaliseren van de cashflow, het verbeteren van de debiteurenadministratie en het mínimaliseren van wanbetaling.

**Je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn**:

- Optimaliseren van het volledige order-to-cash proces
- Maximaliseren van de cashflow en implementeren van verbetermaatregelen
- Verbeteren van de debiteurenadministratie
- Bewaken en rapporteren van de KPI's rond debiteuren, betaalgedrag en wanbetaling
- Contacten onderhouden met onze (grootste) klanten, issues identificeren, processen verbeteren ten einde de cashflow te verbeteren
- Het oppakken van (klant) escalaties met betrekking tot betaalgedrag
- Regelmatig overleg met Sales en andere afdelingen om knelpunten op klantniveau op te lossen
- Vormgeven, aansturen en optimaliseren van OTC team
- Implementeren van best practices en procesinnovaties om de efficiëntie te verbeteren

**Functie-eisen**:
Voor deze functie zoeken wij een ervaren finance professional met een sterke achtergrond in creditmanagement en cashflow optimalisatie.

Je beschikt over:

- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol
- HBO of academisch werk
- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een bedrijfseconomische richting
- Uitstekende kennis van order-to-cash processen
- Bewezen vaardigheden in data-analyse, rapportage en procesoptimalisatie
- Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
- Hands-on mentaliteit, resultaatgericht en proactief
- Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift
