Bij Abbott staan we iedere dag voor de opdracht om voedingsproducten te procuduren voor mensen van alle leeftijden. Onze producten helpen kinderen groeien en ondersteunen de unieke voedingsbehoeften van mensen met een chronische ziekte. Onze fabriek in Zwolle produceert een aantal van deze vertrouwde voedingsproducten voor kinderen en volwassenen, waaronder PediaSure, Isomil en Ensure. Bij Abbott creëren wij levensveranderende technologieën en zijn sterk gefocust op het leveren van de juiste zorg voor iedereen die dat nodig heeft, in elke fase van het leven. Als Front Line Leader heb jij de focus op een veilige werkomgeving en op levering van kwalitatief hoogwaardige producten. Je wilt dat jouw werk goede resultaten oplevert, zoals de OEE, uren van je team, downtime, kosten, materiaalgebruik en scrap. Ook ontwikkel je plannen om de rendementen te verhogen en zorg je dat de bedrijfskosten binnen het budget blijven. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor een productielijn, hebt hiërarchische eindverantwoordelijkheid over je Shift, bestaande uit Operators en Monteurs (in totaal circa 15-20 medewerkers) en levert een cruciale bijdrage aan de optimalisatie van onze operationele resultaten en naar een cultuur van continue verbetering. Je wordt daarbij direct ondersteund door een operationele groep bestaande uit specialisten. Door deze nauwe samenwerking vormt deze functie een ideale springplank voor toekomstige managementposities.
Extra speciaal is dat we komend jaar een hele nieuwe verpakkingslijn gaan bouwen op de bestaande positie en dat de sproeidroog toren geheel vernieuwd gaan worden. Het is dus een dynamische tijd om samen met jouw team hier weer een optimum in te vinden
Wie ben jij?

Minimaal een bachelors degree, bij voorkeur in de richting levensmiddelentechnologie, (bio)procestechnologie of technische bedrijfskunde. Bij voorkeur 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een productie omgeving of ervaring in een leidinggevende en/of aansturende functie en bij voorkeur in de branches Farmacie of Voedsel- en/of Zuivelindustrie. Je bent bij voorkeur Lean Six Sigma getraind en je hebt gewerkt aan continu verbeterprojecten Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden, ook in het Engels.
