Clinical Study Researcher Dairy Science

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Study Researcher to join our team at Ausnutria. As a key member of our Research & Development department, you will play a crucial role in designing, setting up, conducting, and exploiting clinical studies to deliver functional benefits of our current and new goat milk-based product portfolio.
As a Clinical Study Researcher, you will provide scientific and clinical expertise in our research and innovation projects. With your strong scientific skills and experience in clinical study methodology and analysis, you will be responsible for study design, writing of protocol, development of study documents, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of the study results in accordance with the clinical study plan, applicable legislation, and procedures in line with Ausnutria's R&D policies.
You will identify and anticipate new developments and trends, translate them into valuable opportunities and concepts, and initiate clinical research projects for introducing new and/or improved ingredients and products. You will build and maintain a network of industry contacts, scientific professionals, and Key Opinion Leaders. You will actively participate in scientific conferences and publishing in peer-reviewed scientific papers and serve as an Internal Advisor for senior management.
About Our TeamOur R&D department consists of 33 people, with the Research team composed of 10 professionals with expertise in nutrition, processing, and basic science. We value teamwork as a key driver of success, where a healthy mix of drive, commitment, knowledge, social interaction, and involvement is appreciated.
Requirements- PhD in life science or related scientific discipline
- At least 5 years of scientific expertise in the field of dairy and/or infant food science
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, legislation, SOPs, and clinical study methodology
- A network of Key Opinion Leaders/investigators/experts within dairy and/or infant food areas
- An excellent command of spoken and written English for writing protocols, study documents, papers, reports, and delivering presentations
- A pragmatic attitude and be adaptable to the changing needs of the business
- Like to work accurately and to solve complex challenges
- Good time management and organizational skills
- The ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of people globally
- Scientifically interesting and state-of-the-art research projects in dairy and/or infant food and health
- Opportunities to further develop your talents and with attention for personal development
- The possibility to work partly from home as part of our hybrid work
