Als Project Scheduler ben je de planningsexpert die samen met alle betrokken partijen een gedragen, effectieve en efficiënt planning maakt en deze vanaf klantbehoefte tot uitvoering opvolgt

Functie-eisen

samen met je teamcollega's te zorgen dat alle betrokken partijen (denk aan werkvoorbereiding, contractors, operations) conform afgesproken werkwijze, de benodigde informatie aanleveren die nodig is;


• alle planningsinformatie vanuit de werkvoorbereiding, in combinatie met de randvoorwaarden vanuit de afgesproken strategie, inhoudelijk afgestemd wordt met de ervaringen, wensen en mogelijkheden van de betrokken partijen;


• constante opvolging en coördinatie van het planningsproces van nieuwe klussen tot inhoudelijk afstemming;


• speciale aandacht te geven aan doorlooptijd en/of VGM kritische klussendeelprojecten (rode draden) en urgenties aan de hand van ervaring en/of taak risicoanalyses;


• zorg te dragen voor een betrouwbare voortgang en/of uitvoeringsanalyse/rapportages van de overall Planning en eventuele deelplanningen;


• vanuit de planningsdata, stuurinformatie en advies te geven aan alle betrokken partijen

Competenties


• Bachelor werk- en denkniveau op het gebied van techniek (W/E/I);


• beschikt over enige jaren ervaring (tweede stapper) op het gebied van scheduling en/of uitvoering binnen een Turn Around, maintenance en/of projecten omgeving;


• ervaring en/of affiniteit vanuit voorgaande functie met scheduling applicaties;


• klantgericht (snel, efficiënt, commercieel en effectief inspelen en managen van de klantverwachtingen en -relaties);


• kennis op het gebied van werkvoorbereiding, inspectiemethodieken en planningstechnieken en een solide basis in operationele expertise;


• conceptueel denkvermogen;
• goede communicatieve vaardigheden, bent overtuigend, stelt prioriteiten en komt gemaakte afspraken na;


• proactief en ondernemend specialist met impact;


• kennis van SAP en Primavera een grote pre;


• teamspeler en tegelijkertijd in staat om zelfstandig te werken;


• wisselt inhoudelijk kennis goed af met een zeer pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak.
