**Turn Around Lead Scheduler**
**Jouw uitdaging**
Als Lead Scheduler ga je in deze functie zelfstandig de toegevoegde waarde, kracht van scheduling ontwikkelen, implementeren en borgen. Verder draag je bij aan:
- de inzet, ontwikkeling van het BU Turn Around Scheduling team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele, functionele en eventueel hiërarchische aansturing;
- conceptueel vorm en inhoud geven aan de rol;
- uitwerken, implementeren en borgen van een optimale scheduling strategie, die maximale bijdrage levert aan het uiteindelijke doel van Excellence turnaround dienstverlening;
- procesoptimalisatie, aansturing en inbreng van kennis in grote, complexe turnarounds en acteer je daarbinnen als senior, waarbij je om het gevoel met de praktijk te behouden zelf ook blijft schedulen;
- komt je specialisme en expertise tot uiting en ben je actief bezig met het evalueren, verbeteren en innoveren van het scheduling proces, met een duidelijke focus op toegevoegde waarde, kwaliteit, uniformiteit en efficiency;
- managen van de klantbehoefte en -relatie in dit werkgebied en afstemmen met alle turnaround stakeholders.
**Hoe ga jij bijdragen**
Jij staat als Lead Scheduler van optimale strategie tot operationele uitvoering voor de scheduling expertise en draagt met je team bij aan succesvolle turnarounds.
**Jouw achtergrond**
- Bachelor diploma op het gebied van techniek;
- beschikt over enige jaren ervaring (tweede stapper) op het gebied van scheduling en/of uitvoering binnen een turnaround, maintenance en/of projecten omgeving;
- ervaring en/of affiniteit vanuit voorgaande functie met scheduling applicaties;
- klantgericht (snel, efficiënt, commercieel en effectief inspelen en managen van de klantverwachtingen en -relaties);
- kennis op het gebied van werkvoorbereiding, inspectiemethodieken en planningstechnieken en een solide basis in operationele expertise;
- conceptueel denkvermogen;
- goede communicatieve vaardigheden, bent overtuigend, stelt prioriteiten en komt gemaakte afspraken na;
- proactief en ondernemend specialist met impact;
- teamspeler en tegelijkertijd in staat om zelfstandig te werken;
- wisselt inhoudelijk kennis goed af met een zeer pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak.
**Jouw beloning**
- **Geen 12, maar 14 maanden salaris** (schaal C40 cao Sitech Services / max. € 6.536 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van achtergrond, kennis en ervaring); extra maand in mei én in november;
- **Persoonlijk budget ter waarde van 13 dagen;** Hierbij kies je zelf of je het laat uitbetalen of dat je er extra verlof van koopt;
