Our client is a global company with strong presence in Europe, Middle East and Africa with consumer products. They have also Mobility company in Netherlands and They are looking for ``Micro Mobility Sales & Business Development Senior Manager`` for their growing organization. Their office based in Rotterdam.

In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Business and Sales Development for Europe and America.

A Micro Mobility Sales & Business Development Senior Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts related to electric mobility products and services within a company. Micro Mobility business unit covers battery units designed and manufactured for light electric vehicles that includes e-bikes, e-scooters and e-motorbikes. The role involves a combination of sales, business development, relationship building, and strategic planning. Here are some key responsibilities and tasks associated with the position:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus;
  • Proven track record of at least 8 years of successful sales experience in the micro mobility industry;
  • Have a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of the company's micro mobility battery and battery management systems;
  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals;
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences;
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to provide solutions for light electric vehicle batteries, considering various applications such as sports, urban commuting, cargo bikes;
  • Partner with electric motor manufacturers to provide solutions to technical and product teams of e-bike, e-scooter and e-motorbike brands;
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration;
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for battery systems used in e-bikes, e-scooters and e-motorbikes, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets;
  • Act as a key educator, passionately communicating the benefits of companies micro mobility solutions and addressing any customer concerns or misconceptions;
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan in Europe, aligning with corporate objectives and market trends;
  • Present and demonstrate micro mobility products to potential clients, showcasing the advantages and capabilities of solutions;
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and forums to network with key stakeholders, stay updated on industry developments, and identify potential business opportunities;
  • Contribute to the overall strategic planning process by providing insights and recommendations based on market trends, customers, and business development activities;
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
