What does Waada stand for?

Our smaller business units help organizations realize their mission and vision through services such as software development, Agile coaching, consultancy, and training. The goal of Waada is to stimulate entrepreneurship within our organization by unburdening our professionals and business units using: centralized services such as finance, HR, and IT & Agile Governance.

Waada is to be a platform for new entrepreneurial initiatives. We are looking for an Office manager who understands how to give colleagues, customers, and students a warm welcome. But also wants to be responsible for facility matters within the office.

What are you going to do? For the role of Office manager we are looking for someone who recognizes himself in the following criteria:
  • You are responsible for all facility matters within the office. You communicate with suppliers of facility activities such as cleaning, maintenance, and security;
  • You ensure that everyone who enters our office experiences the Waada experience. You provide a warm welcome with a radiant smile and you inform visitors about our (safety) procedures;
  • You are also responsible for the repairs and improvements in and around the building;
  • You are the contact point for the various tenants of the property;
  • You have experience with speaking to colleagues or guests by telephone and you know how to transfer them to the right colleague;
  • You support various projects such as renovations.
Who are you?
  • You have a completed MBO or HBO education;
  • You have experience in an Office management role and have previously been responsible for office and facility management of a building;
  • You always make people feel welcome and you are proactive. This means that if you see work lying around, you make sure that you pick it up or it will be picked up;
  • You are communicative, social, approachable, enthusiastic, and above all a pleasant colleague;
  • It is an advantage if you have or are willing to obtain a valid BHV certificate;
  • You master the Dutch and English language down to the last detail.
