- Als People Lead richt jij je op de totale (interne en externe) populatie van de afdeling waarvoor je werkt en stel je hen in staat om het beste uit zichzelf, het team en de afdeling te halen.
- Je stimuleert betrokkenheid, toewijding en ontwikkeling. Hiermee ben je onderdeel van het leadershipteam gericht op People, Product en Technoloy.
- Bij alles wat we doen is er aandacht voor de mens, het milieu en de omgeving.
Als People Lead zie je het potentieel in ieder individu en ben je in staat om de ander in zijn kracht te zetten. We zijn volop bezig met het opbouwen van de teams door meer interne Schiphol medewerkers aan te nemen. Hoe jij dit precies realiseert? Dat is aan jou. We vertrouwen op de manier waarop jij de verbinding met andere mensen legt. Jouw talenten zet jij in bij het:
- Talent Management: resource planning op afdeling- en teamniveau, cultuurvertaling, on- en offboarding, ontwikkeling van teamleden.
- Inrichten, faciliteren en door ontwikkelen van het (Agile) Performance Managementproces.
- Samenwerken met HR: optimaliseren van centrale en decentrale HR-processen, advies inwinnen bij HR, opbouwen van een sterk HR-netwerk.
- Samenwerken met People Leads in ons Gilde: Werken aan employee journey thema's.
- Managen van instroom van vaste en tijdelijke medewerkers in samenwerking met recruitment en externe bureaus.
Daarnaast zien we kansen in de volgende stap te nemen in het talentmanagent door het uitwerken van technische ontwikkelpaden. Echte teams ontwikkelen die fijn samenwerken en enthousiast aan de gang gaan met de uitdagingen die voor ons staan, dat is waar jij samen met de andere People Leads aan gaat werken. We zijn dus op zoek naar een échte teamspeler. We hechten veel waarde aan de onderlinge samenwerking tussen de People Leads op de afdeling, en natuurlijk ook binnen het leadership team.

- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een corporate omgeving;
- Sterke affiniteit met IT;
- Aantoonbare ervaring met talent management & vendor management;
- Ervaring met agile performance management;
- Affiniteit met de ontwikkeling van medewerkers, teams en organisatie;
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal;
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
- € 4744 tot € 6582 bruto per maand (Schaal 12).
- Een 13e maand.
- De mogelijkheid om 4 x 9 uur te werken bij een 36-urige werkweek.
- Ruimte voor ontwikkeling op professioneel en persoonlijk vlak. Zo is er een persoonlijk duurzaam inzetbaarheidsbudget, voor onder andere opleiding, coaching, sporten en verlof.
- Deelname aan het pensioenfonds ABP.
