The focus will be on retaining existing clients, attracting new business from key accounts and prospects, and driving sustainable long-term growth. Building solid relationships with major accounts in the assigned region is crucial. The tasks below provide a general overview of the role:

  • Adhere to VEOLIA's integrity and safety standards.
  • Lead the establishment of strategic relationships with key accounts across all levels in the water treatment sector.
  • The primary objective is to meet business targets by ensuring customer loyalty and offering valuable solutions. This demands a blend of technical expertise and commercial savvy.
  • Utilize strong relationship-building skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions that add value, supported by various internal teams.
  • Keep the business informed and ensure timely delivery commitments to customers.
  • Conduct technical services and offer recommendations to ensure smooth plant operations for clients.
  • Your achievements will be evaluated based on customer retention, satisfaction ratings, and contribution to the sales team's efforts in building a robust pipeline.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Report all work-related incidents and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:


• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Applied Science with a Chemical background.


• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.


• Strong skills in Microsoft Windows and/or Google Workspace.


• Valid Driver's license.
