we are looking for a passionate parttime (0,5 FTE**) Business Support Officer for our Asset Committee in the Asset Management department. Are you joining us in a job that really makes the difference? - In this specific role, you will be responsible for organizing the cross unit Asset Committee (every three weeks) in close cooperation with the responsible Director.
- Prepare, plan and facilitate the asset committee in order to enable efficient decisionmaking along the asset chain;
- This includes the preparation and followup of the committees by fostering close contact to all participants and submission authors;
- Implement autonomous improvements of the process and the documentation platform;
- To clarify interfaces to other committees and affected products;
- You are the central contact for all committee participants.
Your profile and background:
- You show independence, initiative, and the ability to work in a team.
- You are willing to work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment in international teams.
- Result orientation, high quality standards and structured way of thinking are characterizing your mode of working.
- Professional experience in the field of a grid operator or other comparable work environment is of advantage.
