Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead and support complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Strategy Implementation: Support and advise all LPO departments on the development and implementation of our unit strategy, ensuring alignment with overall LPO goals, and interface with corporate departments and initiatives.
- Organizational Development: Manage organizational development projects, including change management initiatives.
- Performance Management: Contribute to improvement initiatives (OKRs) and performance management (KPIs) to help achieve unit and report on unit department goals.
- Management Support: Advise and coordinate LPO management support tasks, such as data analysis, preparing steering committee documentation, business cases, and decision proposals.
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Organization Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least several years of relevant work experience in an international large-scale project organization, including experience as a consultant or as a consultant working for such organizations.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, high level of proficiency in project management and organizational skills, and fluency in English and Dutch, both verbal and written.
