Yamaha Motor Europe is seeking a proactive and well-organized Marketing Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. If you have strong attention to detail, proficient in Excel, and previous experience in administration and back-office positions, then this might be the right opportunity for you.

  • Prior experience in administrative/ back-office roles (preferred)

What Will You Do

In this role, your primary responsibility will include providing comprehensive administrative support to Yamaha's marketing department. This will involve processing purchase order requests, managing invoices with suppliers, and overseeing the internal order tracking from various divisions. Additionally, your duties will encompass:

  • Supervising internal orders for Parts & Accessories with meticulous tracking
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
  • Communicating with department heads and collaborating with the Finance team
  • Handling courier deliveries and transportation requests
  • Supporting with any ad hoc administrative tasks within the Marketing division
