who are you

You have experience in this field and are looking for the next opportunity. You have Dutch work permit and are ready for the next step. Besides that you see yourself in the following points:

  • Tuesday is a mandatory day at the office
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel (mandatory) and SAP/ OnBase platforms (pré)
  • You have experience in adminstrative/ backoffice role
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is not necessary
  • Experience in Finance (pré)
what will you do

For this role, you would be responsible for the full administrative support for the marketing division of Yamaha. You would be responsible for the purchase order requests and management on the company's platform. You would would also manage incoming and outgoing invoices with vendors and ensure the tracking process of internal orders from different divisions. It will also include the following responsibilities:

  • Manage internal orders of Parts & Accessories with process tracking
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings
  • Report to department managers and discuss with Finance
  • Handle courier packages and transport requests
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative needs for the division.
