Job Description

You will be the expert responsible for taking processes within the Sales Support department to the next level by improving efficiency with great results in mind.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Ordering company vehicles;
  • Processing orders in collaboration with technicians;
  • Managing route planning;
  • Communicating with customers and external parties regarding special services;
  • Handling administrative tasks such as vehicle registration and invoicing.

This is a long-term position for 40 hours per week, but working 32 hours is negotiable. The working hours are flexible, and after the training period, there's an option for a day of remote work.


Requirements

  • Higher professional education level;
  • Relevant experience in a commercial role;
  • Proficiency in Excel;
  • Knowledge of logistic processes;
  • Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written.

Benefits

  • Gross hourly wage ranging from €15.58 to €18.81 based on experience;
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week) or the possibility of working 32 hours per week;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km up to 50 km one way or full public transport compensation;
