Job Overview

As a Sales Support Officer at Undutchables, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and sales assistance to our Account Managers and Sales Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to offer support in daily inquiries and concerns regarding sales, participate in weekly sales meetings, and utilize ERP systems specific to the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Account Manager and/or Sales Manager, including managing customer quotation requests, following up on quotations, and maintaining accurate records of quotations.
  • Sales Support: Assist with daily inquiries and concerns regarding sales, participate in weekly sales meetings, and utilize ERP systems specific to the logistics industry.
  • Problem-Solving: Contribute to resolving disputes with pricers and back-offices, and aid in identifying root causes of issues.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, with French being desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office suite, CRM software, and logistics industry software.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication abilities, customer-centric approach, and achievement-oriented mindset.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled in relationship building and collaboration, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrates problem-solving capabilities, prioritization, and time management skills.
Working Conditions
  • Salary and Benefits: A salary between 2,500 and 4,000 euros per month, based on experience, with a pension plan, group health insurance, and access to learning resources and courses.
  • Work-Life Balance: Possibility to work from home once a week, full-time basis of 37.5 hours per week, and 26 vacation days.
