De stage
Als stagiair(e) binnen het Heineken merk team, ben je onderdeel van het grootste pils merk van HEINEKEN Nederland. Hierbij horen de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
Heineken Brand Management (Heineken Original & Heineken 0.0)
- End-to-end verantwoordelijkheid voor executie van sampling plan Heineken 0.0. Verantwoordelijkheden bestaan o.a. uit coördineren logistiek, (demand) planning, effectiviteit analyses, opmaak materialen.
- Opstellen online actiepagina's retail activaties, zowel eigen als retailer platforms.
- Support op digitale communicatie-middelen (e-mail marketing en influencer strategie)
- Bewaker van de Brand Identity door:
- Intern beschikbaar maken van alle nieuw gecreëerde assets.
- Pro-actief controleren van een juiste inzet van alle Heineken en Heineken 0.0 assets.
Heineken Sponsorships
Ondersteunen van activaties binnen sponsorships & op grote nationale festivals:
- KNVB: H0.0 (amateur)clubprogramma
- Amsterdam 750 Campaign
- SAIL Amsterdam 2025
Tijdens je stage krijg je de ruimte om HEINEKEN als bedrijf te leren kennen, ook buiten jouw afdeling en HEINEKEN Nederland. We geven jou het vertrouwen en de vrijheid, zodat je als een echte ondernemer te werk kunt gaan. We halen de buitenwereld graag naar binnen en daarom omarmen wij nieuwe, frisse ideeën met enthousiasme. Uiteraard altijd met de begeleiding die voor jou passend is.
De afdeling
Binnen HEINEKEN Nederland maak je deel uit van het Brand Management team van het merk Heineken binnen de afdeling Marketing. Dit team bestaat uit vijf mensen die passie hebben voor pils en er samen alles aan doen om het prachtige Heineken merk zichtbaar en beschikbaar voor iedereen in Nederland te maken. De afdeling Marketing ontwikkelt onze merkenstrategie. Marketeers zijn verantwoordelijk voor de algehele omzet en winstgevendheid van een merk. Wie begrijpt wat consumenten willen, kan de vraag naar onze producten bij retailers, in de horeca en via e-commerce op allerlei manieren stimuleren. Een belangrijk aspect hierbij is strategisch denken. Marketeers zetten hun kennis van consumenten en concurrenten om in beslissingen over portfolio, pricing, innovatie, communicatie en merkactivatie.
De arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Jouw startdatum is 1 September 2024
- De stage is fulltime
- De duur van de stage is 6-8 maanden
- Je staat ingeschreven bij een onderwijsinstelling
- Het is een meeloopstage, geen afstudeerstage
- Jouw standplaats is Leiden
- Je ontvang een marktconforme stagevergoeding
- Je geniet van 2 vakantiedagen per maand (o.b.v. fulltime)
- Als je geen ov-studentenproduct hebt, worden jouw kosten voor woon-werkverkeer volledig vergoed
De werkplek
Vanaf de zomer 2020 zijn wij gevestigd in een gloednieuw pand in het centrum van Leiden, tegenover het Centraal Station. Ons groene kantoor versterkt de dynamiek en ontmoetingen en helpt je om goed en prettig (samen) te werken.
De start
Samen met een diverse groep stagiairs van verschillende afdelingen zul jij aan jouw stage bij HEINEKEN Nederland beginnen. Samen worden jullie wegwijs gemaakt in de organisatie en worden er diverse sessies georganiseerd om ervoor te zorgen dat jij je tijdens je stage ontwikkelt. Ook is er wekelijks een stagiaire lunch, waar je even kunt ontspannen met je mede stagiairs en met elkaar verhalen kunt delen.
De unieke jij
- Je bent bezig met een HBO/WO opleiding;
- Je kunt heel goed met mensen contact maken, duidelijk communiceren en je houdt het simpel;
- Je bent creatief en ziet kansen in alles wat je doet, je bent ondernemend en resultaatgericht;
Voorwaarden vanuit HEINEKEN
- Je staat ingeschreven bij een onderwijsinstelling, waarvan wij het bewijs van inschrijving van het actuele studiejaar van jou ontvangen.
- In het geval niet-EU nationaliteit dien je als stagiair(e) ingeschreven te staan bij een Nederlandse onderwijsinstelling.
- In geval van wel-EU nationaliteit mag je als stagiair ook ingeschreven staan bij onderwijsinstellingen buiten de EU.
- Woonachtig in Nederland tijdens stage (HEINEKEN faciliteert niet in housing).
