Inside Sales Representative

Our client specializes in helping applicants gain admission to top MBA programs by offering tailored guidance on every aspect of the application process; from essays and interviews to career planning. For their team in Baarn, they are currently searching for a Inside Sales Representative to support with onboarding new clients as well as ensuring a great experience. In this role, you will screen and evaluate applicants, host introductory calls to answer questions and give guidance on the services offered by our client, as well as facilitate the onboarding process.
- Respond to sales inquiries, analyze lead trends, and identify new lead generation opportunities
- Conduct screening calls, describe our client's offerings, and connect prospects with the appropriate team members
- Develop creative solutions for the sales pipeline and marketing efforts
- Onboard new clients and handle orientation tasks
- Ensure quality standards and identify service improvements through client meetings
- Conduct market research and client surveys, and make actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and consulting teams
- You have a university degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- You speak English on a near-native level
- You have 2+ years of client-facing experience in sales, support, or client success
- You have the ability to build and leverage client and business partner relationships
- You have experience handling difficult sales situations and problem resolution
- Ideally, you have proficiency with CRM systems and sales data
- You are personable, engaged, and proactive
