Requirements
  • We're seeking individuals with a robust comprehension of the ServiceNow Platform and its functionalities.
  • Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow app development.
  • Additionally, possessing 3-5 years of experience in developing both simple and complex customer-facing web or mobile applications would be advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate should excel in understanding business requirements and the necessity to standardize processes, incorporating these into their designs.
  • They should possess the ability to translate customer needs into high-level solutions or supporting models.
  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications and integrations tailored to customer specifications.
  • Candidates should be adept at creating workflows and scripts to customize existing ServiceNow applications, automating and enhancing business processes.
  • Candidates should take ownership of the entire development cycle, from detailed requirement analysis to code design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of top-notch solutions to clients.
  • They should possess foresight in designing features with future scalability in mind.
  • Certification as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in HR Service Management is preferred, with additional micro-certifications in Service Portal, ATF, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, HR Onboarding, and Transitions being advantageous.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is also desired.
