Job Description

ServiceNow Developer

  • Expertise in the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities.
  • Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow app development experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience developing simple/complex customer-facing web or mobile applications is a bonus.
  • Capability to translate customer requirements into high-level architectural solutions.

Desirable Skills:
  • Certification as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in HR Service Management.
  • Micro-Certification in Service Portal, ATF, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, HR Onboarding, and Transitions.
  • Deep understanding of HR Service Management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, ATF, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

Requirements
- Strong Test Automation skills
- Proficient in testing concepts and Test Case creation
- Defect Management knowledge
- Ability to derive test cases from Requirements
- Familiarity with multiple test environments
- Selenium proficiency
- Experience with existing frameworks
- ALM/Jira proficiency
- Gitlab knowledge would be a plus
- Self-motivated and open to learning
- Effective communication regarding testing requirements
- Capable of conducting Regression Testing
