ServiceNow Developer

Job specification

  • Expert-level understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with ServiceNow app development.
  • 3 to 5 years of development experience with creating simple/complex customer-facing web or mobile applications is a plus.
  • Ability to transform customer requirements into high-level architectural solutions or supporting models.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in HR Service Management.
  • Micro-Certified in Service Portal, ATF, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, HR Onboarding, and Transitions.
  • Strong understanding of HR Service Management processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Service Portal, ATF, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

Requirements
Must-Have Strong Test Automation skills, Good Knowledge on testing concepts Preparation of Test plans, Write Test Cases ,Test summary report Defect Management Able to derive test cases from Requirements Knowledge on handling multiple test environments Good Knowledge on Selenium Able to adopt already created framework Good Knowledge on ALM /Jira Knowledge on Gitlab desirable Self Driven and willing to learn Able to communicate on the specific needs of testing and able to perform Regression Testing
