Strategic tasks
● Developing and continually updating a marketing plan for the branch that would enable brand awareness among potential clients, consultants and partners;
● Scouting for opportunities to increase the brand awareness of the branch (i.e., presence in introductory fairs/events of Tilburg University, etc.);
● Creating a budget before the start of a new project cycle that reflects the target spending on marketing efforts and events in collaboration with the President;
● Expanding the merchandise line through new product ideation and design.
Operational tasks
● Keeping the target audience up to date with the current affairs of our branch by creating/designing social media posts for our main platforms using Canva and/or Piktochart;
● Designing promotional materials (i.e., flyers, posters, stickers, banners, business cards,
lanyards, etc.) to be used during promotional events;
● Continuously monitoring and responding to messages coming from prospective consultants
via social media channels, especially during recruitment periods;
● Ensuring the most up-to-date branch information on the 180 Degrees Consulting website by
communicating and collaborating with the Marketing Team of the Global Leadership Team;
● Placing merchandise orders with our supplier twice a year and promotional materials orders
when needed and ensure invoices are paid on time;
● Co-creating PowerPoint presentations for events (i.e., Information Sessions).
General tasks
● Attending the weekly leadership team meetings and updating other Branch Executives on the current status and progress of the ongoing tasks that are under your purview;
● Being available to and collaborating with other Branch Members on occurring issues and shared tasks, such as, but not limited to:
○ Discussing marketing efforts concerning the recruitment cycle with the People Director and adjust your initial strategy accordingly;
○ Gathering project-, team- and client-related information from the Consultants and Consulting Directors for the introduction and client announcement posts;
○ Organizing (open) events (i.e., Consulting Talks) in collaboration with the People Director.
