**XPEL, Inc.** (Nasdaq: XPEL), a leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coatings and commercial/residential flat glass film, is currently seeking a **Marketing Communications Manager Europe**.

**Summary**
The goal of marketing is to raise the kind of awareness that can drive sales for a company, service, or product. The goal of the **Marketing Communications Manager** **Europe**, is to develop and execute the plans and strategies to accomplish that.

**Core Duties**
- Support the Managing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows with the lowest environmental impact, by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
- Executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
- Creating and managing local marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction
- Implementing and guiding online marketing activities, including social media, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
- Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required
- Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
- Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager Consumer Market and the Marketing Manager Dealer Market.
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Past work experience as a Marketing Communications Manager
- Hands-on mentality There are a lot of events to coordinate.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in Dutch and English language
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with budgets and forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- You have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
