Your Role:

  • Lead the engagement efforts, overseeing assignments from initial consulting and problem assessment to solution design, development, and deployment.
  • Play a pivotal role in defining problems, exploring solutions, and providing guidance to project teams on processes and deliverables.
  • Act as a thought leader, advising on architecture, design reviews, business pursuits, client training, and internal capability building.
  • Shape consulting solutions that add value, helping clients adapt to the evolving global landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional configurations on Oracle EBS.
  • Execution and support of testing phases, from functional to user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on development activities, data mapping, testing extensions, and resolving performance issues.
  • Document process design, solution specifications, test scripts, and more.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Oracle EBS R12 Financials (AR, AP, GL) and knowledge of end-to-end processes like Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
  • Domain expertise in Manufacturing & Engineering industries, functional design, data migration, and Oracle APIs.
  • Client-facing communication skills and performance testing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Oracle EBS implementation experience.
  • Further exposure to Oracle Financials and manufacturing/engineering domains.
