Curious about working at the headquarters of the largest restaurant chain in the Netherlands? Then, this internship in our Employee Experience team is just right for you. During your time in the Employee Experience People team, you will be involved in a variety of HR topics.

  • Engage in diverse HR projects
  • Handle operational and tactical tasks
  • Contribute to improving onboarding processes
  • Participate in recruiting interns
  • Provide input and insights that make a difference

The projects within this internship span across various HR fields, offering a rich experience. You will be part of the Employer Reputation & Engagement and Field Consultancy teams within the People Team. Your tasks will vary from recruitment to HR analytics, showcasing your creativity and fresh perspectives.

Your Skillset

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Business Studies. Available from early September for a minimum of 5 months, working 4 days a week. Proficient in both Dutch and English. Comfortable working independently or in a team, tackling challenging tasks with enthusiasm. Strong planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
