Functieomschrijving Afstudeerstage RecruitmentHet werk van een Recruiter is veelzijdig. Een Recruiter is bij ons altijd verantwoordelijk voor de hele recruitment cyclus, ook als stagiair neem je deze taken op je nemen. Zo heb je dagelijks contact met je klanten en help je hen in de zoektocht naar nieuwe medewerkers. Die opdrachten en kandidaten zijn niet altijd de juiste match en komen er echter niet vanzelf. Je bent continu aan het netwerken om nieuwe mensen te leren kennen. Je schrijft wervende vacatureteksten, beoordeelt de reacties op deze advertenties en doorzoekt databases op zoek naar nieuwe kandidaten.Functiecriteria Afstudeerstage Recruitment Wij zoeken stagiaires die in de laatste fase van hun studie zitten en voor minimaal 9 maanden beschikbaar zijn. Jij brengt een dosis positieve energie mee en bent daarnaast leergierig en commercieel gedreven.
