Financial Controller gezocht voor de Faculteit der Natuurwetenschappen, Wiskunde en Informatica (FNWI) op het Amsterdam Science Park (ASP)

Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende positie als financial controller bij de FNWI? Gevestigd in een omgeving vol kennisinstituten en kennisintensieve bedrijven, is de FNWI een essentieel onderdeel van het ASP. Als Financial Controller speel je een cruciale rol in de financiële administratie van de faculteit. Samenwerken en communiceren zijn essentieel in deze rol. Je werkt nauw samen met vijf collega's op de afdeling Finance & Control.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor financieel-administratieve taken tijdens de planning- & controlcyclus van de faculteit.
  • Optreden als coördinator bedrijfsvoering voor het faculteitsbureau voor ongeveer 20% van je tijd.
  • Fungeren als liaison tussen de FNWI en het centrale administratieve service center.
  • Toezicht houden op journaalposten, standenregisters en checklists voor financiële handelingen.
  • Betrokken zijn bij rapportages, begrotingsprocessen en de coördinatie van de P& C-cyclus.
  • Beheren van bestandstructuur en gezamenlijke mailbox van het F& C-team.
  • Coördineren van begrotings- en prognoseprocessen van de afdelingen van het faculteitsbureau.
  • Inkoop van diensten via het faculteitsbureau regelen en zorgen voor juiste contractvorming.

Jouw profiel

  • Accuraat, analytisch sterk en bedreven in het omgaan met complexe processen en deadlines.
  • Structuur en methodiek in je werk, en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met software zoals SAP, Excel, Power BI, Teams, Word en Outlook.
  • Hbo-opleiding op administratief en/of bedrijfseconomisch terrein vereist.
  • Bewezene ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Wat wordt geboden?

  • Een fulltime dienstverband voor een jaar met kans op vast contract bij geschiktheid.
  • Salaris tussen € 4.332 en schaal 11) bruto per maand op basis van 38 uur per week, exclusief vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering.
