**Zorgen voor vernieuwen, optimaliseren en continu verbeteren van de Kritische valuechain Beleggen door het faciliteren van complexe IT trajecten en het verbeteren van ketensamenwerking zowel binnen als buiten ons Tech domein.**

**Jij & jouw functie**
Stel je eens voor dat jij als Roadmanager Tech Domain Investments helpt om zeer complexe IT-trajecten op onafhankelijke en proactieve wijze te realiseren.

Je bent tevens onderdeel van het Management Team binnen ons Tech Domain Investments. Dit houdt in dat je naast je taken als Roadmanager ook verantwoordelijk bent voor activiteiten op het vlak van diverse topics, waaronder communicatie, organisatievraagstukken, vraagstukken op gebied van vendormanagement, waardoor de kwaliteit van de interne dienstverlening van Rabobank significant wordt verhoogd.

**Voorbeelden uit de praktijk**
- Het opstellen, faciliteren en sturen van roadmaps van complexe projecten/trajecten;
- Het coördinerenen managen van afhankelijkheden bij migratie trajecten over verschillende Tribes heen. Uitlijnen aan business, architectuur en IT-zijde is hierbij een must;
- Het monitoren en faciliteren van DECOM trajecten die impact hebben op Investments;
- Innovatiekansen zien voor heel vermogensopbouw inclusief faciliteren van AI guild.
- Het implementeren en realiseren van complexe trajecten onder druk
- Het mede beoordelen en begeleiden van nieuwe initiatieven ingebracht bij de Voice of Consumer om als thema ingebracht te kunnen worden op de CITO/RNT Tech Prio lijst.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je brengt afhankelijkheden van grote en complexe trajecten in kaart en weet deze begrijpelijk te presenteren
- Je coördineert, bewaakt de werkzaamheden die in squads uitgevoerd worden rond de Future Proof Technology vraagstukken, signaleert impediments en onderneemt actie om deze op te lossen
- Je rapporteert aan de Tech Domain Manager over de status en risico's van een traject
- Je bent in staat proactief complexe inhoudelijke en contextuele analyses uit te voeren om snel tot een afgewogen oordeel te komen
- Je treedt op als trekker en coördinator binnen Tech Domain Investments
- Je geeft (on)gevraagd advies aan management en/of medewerkers over (de uitvoering van) strategie en relevante dossiers.
- Je kanoptreden als sparringpartner bij vakinhoudelijke vraagstukken
- Je treedt op als afgevaardigde vanuit de Tribe Investments bij de Voice of Consumer, een samenwerking tussen Retail NL Tech en E&E Tech4Engineering om nieuwe ideeën op de agenda van CITO te krijgen

**Jij & jouw talent**
- ** Opleidingsniveau**: WO of HBO werk
- en denkniveau;
- **Rabobank ervaring**: Minstens 10 jaar werkervaring binnen Rabobank, met kennis van verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie;
- ** Organisatorische Vaardigheden**: Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en bekendheid met de weg binnen de organisatie.
- ** Organisatiesensitiviteit**: Een scherp inzicht in complexe en politiek-gevoelige vraagstukken, met een vermogen om snel een diepgaand begrip te ontwikkelen van kwesties met groep-brede impact.
- ** IT Expertise**: Kennis van de infra portefeuille van Investments inclusief de applicaties die hiervan gebruik maken is een pré;
- ** Communicatievaardigheden**: Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- ** Organisatievraagstukken**: Bewezen ervaring met organisatie
- en reorganisatievraagstukken, en inzicht in complexe bedrijfsstructuren.
- ** Vendor Management**: Ervaring met het beheren van leveranciersrelaties en -overeenkomsten.
