Senior Teamleader Core Milks

(Utrecht, full-time, hybrid)

The Senior Team Leader Core Milk role involves leading the IDDCs team in designing and developing liquid products for the Core Milks category, a significant business segment with a focus on growth within the Early Life Nutrition sector. The responsibilities include co-building the Innovation pipeline for the category, enhancing competencies, inspiring innovation projects, and driving strategic resource planning for optimal efficiency.

In this position, reporting to the Senior Director IDDC Liquid, the key responsibilities and accountabilities include:

  • Co-building the Innovation pipeline for Core Milks in liquid formats
  • Collaborating closely with the IDDC Powder Core Milk team
  • Delivering on the Core Milks Category Innovation targets for liquid products
  • Inspiring, designing, and delivering holistic Innovation projects
  • Championing Right by Design principles for the team
  • Strategic resource planning for efficiency
  • Playing a pivotal role for the regions as SN R&I SPOC, especially in France, Italy, and the UK
  • Leading and developing the team to reach their full potential
  • Engaging in holistic design mindset shift
  • Actively participating in the IDDC Liquid Management Team agenda and meetings

The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional passionate about driving innovation, translating new ideas into commercial products, and inspiring teams towards excellence.

YOUR EXPERTISE

  • Master's degree in food technology or Food Science
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Product Design and Development, preferably in SN and FMCG sectors
  • Strong technical background in SN engines and know-how
  • FMCG expertise in translating consumers' needs into products
  • Business Acumen

  • Ability to attract and develop talent
