The Senior Team Leader Core Milk is responsible for the IDDCs team designing and developing liquid products for the Core Milks category - a 250 M€ business, with an ambition to growth this jewel within the Early Life Nutrition - and for co-building and delivering the Innovation pipeline for that category and for building the competencies related to that new category. This position is a critical position for the SN growth.
In this position you will be reporting into the Senior Director IDDC Liquid and you will have the following accountabilities and responsibilities:
Co-build the Innovation pipeline for Core Milks for the liquid formats. Work closely with the IDDC Powder Core Milk team, including an understanding of the competencies & FTE requirements to meet category ambition. Deliver Core Milks Category Innovation ambition for liquid. Inspire, Design and Deliver holistic Innovation projects. Be a champion of Right by Design for the team. Strategic resources planning for optimal efficiency. Plays an important role for the regions as SN R&I SPOC esp. France, Italy, and UK Lead and develop team to their full potential. Mindset shift towards holistic design. Active participation and contribution to the IDDC Liquid Management Team agenda and meetings, in close collaboration with peers.About You

YOUR EXPERTISE
Master's degree in food technology, Food Science At least 5 years of experience in Product Design and Development, preferably in SN AND in FMCG Strong Technical background in SN engines and know-how. FMGC expertise in translating consumers' needs into products. Business Acumen Excellence in Execution (starting from explo) Stakeholder Management/Influence - Strategic thinking Management skills Ability to attract and develop talent - (growth space expected to grow)YOUR VISION
