The focus of the role is on product positioning, product messaging, go-to-market campaigns, and audience research.

In this hands-on role, you join the Marketing and Communications team to collaborate with all levels of the organization, particularly with the Product and UX teams.


Your main responsibilities include:

  • Narrative crafting: You will create and articulate messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of AssistiveWare products, ensuring that marketing initiatives resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Campaign management: You will manage gotomarket campaigns for product launches and ongoing updates, ensuring they are impactful with the target audience.
  • Market and audience research: In collaboration with our UX, Product and clinical teams you will conduct detailed market research and gather comprehensive insights.
  • Content Creation: You will directly oversee inproduct value communication (e.g. via inapp messages, inapp news items and emails to our subscribers) and liaise with the rest of the Marketing and Communications team to correctly and attractively communicate product features and benefits across all channels.
  • Channel Ownership: OwnAssistiveWare'sApp Store pages and continuously optimize App Store assets to achieve better exposure and conversion
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product communication campaigns and strategies, using insights to drive improvements and optimize future efforts.
Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Between 710 years of experience in Marketing with at least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in the tech industry
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing positioning.
  • App Store optimization experience is a plus
  • Living in the Netherlands
