Position:
As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at GKN Fokker Elmo, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to achieving Zero Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) through advanced processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify a safety-first mindset and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards;
  • Develop technical solutions to complex problems;
  • Lead teams to achieve operational goals;
  • Implement Lean initiatives for process improvement;

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in Manufacturing Engineering;
  • Experience in high-quality production environments;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Knowledge of quality system models and LEAN processes;
  • Fluent in English;

Soft skills:

  • Ability to influence and build effective relationships globally;
  • Analytical, quality conscious, and results-driven;
  • Strong communication and commercial awareness;
